What are the delivery times?
1 to 2 business days for mainland France, 2 to 4 days for the European Union, 2 to 4 days for the rest of the world.
Is delivery free?
Yes, from 99€ of purchase in mainland France. Beyond the borders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking link as soon as your order is handed over to the carrier.
What withdrawal options do you offer?
Home delivery or to a relay point. Pick-up also available at some partner opticians (see dealer locator).
The product
Are the glasses compatible with prescription lenses?
Yes. All our models accept prescription lenses by order from our network of partner opticians.
What is the actual battery life?
Between 6 to 10 hours of mixed usage depending on the model (FLEX: 6h, ONE: 8h, XPRO: 10h).
Are the glasses waterproof?
All our models are IPX4 certified minimum (resistant to rain and sweat). XPRO and ONE are IPX5 (resistant to water jets).
How does the AI coach work?
AI analyzes your data in real-time (cadence, pace, heart rate via connected external sensors) and provides relevant vocal advice. The model improves with use.
Warranty, returns, and customer service
What is the warranty period?
All our models come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Is accidental breakage covered?
The standard warranty does not cover accidental breakage. Our Sportconnect Care option (available for purchase) does.
How do I return a product?
You have 30 days to return an unused product. Log in to your customer account to initiate the process.
